At De La Rosa Tulum, we have created an online store where you can find and purchase our products. Our services on the Site are only available to people who are over thirteen years of age and have legal capacity.

How to buy

Find the products: Explore our Site and find the products you wish to purchase. You can search by name, reference or product code, or simply browse our catalog.

Detail of the products: When you find a product you are interested in, you will be able to see all the details of it, such as dimensions, quantities, materials, prices, etc. In addition, you will be able to see if the product is "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". Please note that all our products are handmade, so there may be differences in what is presented on this site.

Add products to cart: If you wish to purchase a product, simply add it to your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart" or similar option. You can add multiple quantities of the same product or select different products. Please note that we may limit the quantity or set minimum order quantities for certain products.

Check your cart: When you wish to finalize your purchase, you will be able to review the products in your shopping cart.

Payment process: Before making the payment, you will be able to review and confirm the products and quantities you wish to purchase. If you need to make changes, you will be able to delete products or modify quantities.

Payment method: We offer several payment methods, such as debit cards, credit cards and secure payment platforms. Select the desired payment method and provide the required information.

De La Rosa Tulum will not be responsible for failures in the communications of the banking entities, credit cards or payment platforms, nor will it be responsible for damages that may be caused to customers as a result of an action or omission of such entities.

Order confirmation: After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order in your email.

Shipping and notifications: We will notify you by email of any notifications and shipping information so you can track your package and estimated delivery times.

Availability of Products

De La Rosa Tulum will indicate in the description and detail of the products if they are "In Stock" or "Out of Stock". In case a product is not available at the time of purchase, the Client will be able to purchase it and will receive a notification when the product is shipped.

De La Rosa Tulum reserves the right to cancel the transaction unilaterally before the shipment of the products. In such case, De La Rosa Tulum will proceed to refund the payment to the Client and will provide an explanation of the reasons that led to the cancellation of the transaction. In addition, De La Rosa Tulum will comply with any other obligation established by the corresponding law in relation to the cancellation.

We strive to keep our inventory up to date and ensure that availability information is accurate. However, due to the nature of online sales, there may be exceptional cases in which a product indicated as "Available" at the time of purchase is not available due to unforeseen circumstances or system errors. In such cases, we will contact you to offer alternatives or proceed with the corresponding refund.

Prices 

All prices of the products indicated through the Site include Value Added Tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes as applicable. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the products. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. In addition, the expenses for duties and taxes generated by the authorities of other countries in sales made outside of Mexico are excluded and must be assumed by the Client. De La Rosa Tulum will not be responsible in any way if the Client does not pay the taxes and/or duties required by the authorities of other countries.

De La Rosa Tulum reserves the right to modify the prices of the products at any time, without implying any responsibility to the Client. We understand that human errors may occur in the placement of a product or in the fixing of a notably low price. In such cases, we undertake to act in good faith and resolve any situation in a fair and equitable manner.

Shipping

We want to make sure that you have a satisfactory shipping experience, so here are our terms and conditions related to the shipment of packages:

Shipping Company Responsibility: We understand how important it is to receive your products in perfect condition and on time. Therefore, we are committed to carefully select our shipping partners and to work with reliable and reputable companies. However, it is important to keep in mind that the shipping company is responsible for the delivery and integrity of the packages once they leave our facilities. Therefore, any problems, delays or damages during transportation will be the sole responsibility of the shipping company.

Shipment Tracking: To give you peace of mind, we will provide a tracking number for each package shipped. You will be able to use this number to track your shipment on the shipping company's website. We will be happy to assist you if you have any difficulty tracking.

Delivery and Deadlines: We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but please note that these deadlines depend on the shipping company and may be affected by various factors, such as weather conditions, congestion on delivery routes, among others. We assume no responsibility for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping address changes: If you need to change the delivery address after you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it if the package has already been picked up by the shipping company.

Incomplete or damaged packages: If you notice that any product is missing from the package or if any product is damaged upon receipt, it is important that you notify the shipping company within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery of the package. To facilitate the claim process with the shipping company, we ask that you attach photographs and/or videos that clearly show the situation. 

International shipments: If you make a purchase from outside our country of origin, please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply at the time of delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs.

At De La Rosa Tulum we want to make sure that we provide you with a transparent and efficient service in relation to electronic invoicing. Here are our terms and conditions related to this process:

Electronic Invoice Request: We ask that, at the moment of making your purchase, you request the electronic invoice and provide the required data for its issuance. It is important that you verify and ensure that the information provided is correct and complete.

Invoice Issuing Period: The invoice will be processed in the same month in which the purchase is made.After this period, it cannot be issued. Therefore, we recommend that you request your electronic invoice as soon as possible to ensure its processing.

Customer Responsibility: By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that the information and fiscal data provided to De La Rosa Tulum for the issuance of the electronic invoice are correct and complete. You agree to be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of this information, and to answer for any error or inconsistency that may arise.If you have any questions or need more information about this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

In case of any controversy derived from the application or interpretation of these terms and conditions, De La Rosa Tulum and the Client will submit to the conciliation procedure of the competent Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) or to the jurisdiction of the courts of Quintana Roo, waiving any other jurisdiction, present or future, that may correspond to them by reason of their domicile or for any other cause.
