De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V. with address at Calle Neptuno 23 Manzana 18 Lote 2 y 5, Colonia Tulum Centro, in the city of Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico is responsible for the collection of your personal data, its use and protection.

Your personal information will be used to provide you with services or products, or to identify you in any type of legal or business relationship with us, as well as to inform you about changes in them and to evaluate the quality of the service we provide.   

For the aforementioned purposes, we need to obtain, including but not limited to, all personal information that makes you identifiable such as: full name, telephone, address, bank accounts, age, nationality, RFC, gender, and email.  

Additionally De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V., will process your personal data to perform the following purposes: (a) Identify you and/or register you as a customer or user of our units, website and mobile applications (b) Accredit your identity and validate the veracity and quality of the information you provide us; (c) Update our systems and databases; (d) Provide you with personal attention through different means of electronic communication such as email, telephone, chat, (e) send you the most updated information on current and exclusive promotions, (f) invoicing, (g) contact.   

In accordance with article 3, section VI of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V. will not treat sensitive personal data. 

Likewise, we inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, by persons other than this company. In that sense, your information may be shared with individuals or companies, with which we have some kind of legal or business relationship, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, associates, commission agents, in order to adequately provide the services and products you have requested or to enter into any type of legal or business relationship. It will be understood that you have given your consent if you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data when presenting this privacy notice.  

De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V. uses various technologies to improve the efficiency of our websites and technological tools, including your experience when you browse these sites or use our network. These technologies include the use of cookies, which are small amounts of information that are stored in the browser used by each user so that the server remembers certain information that can be used later. These rights are known as ARCO Rights. 

The ARCO Rights can be asserted by sending a request to the email account sales@delarosatulum.com such request must contain, in PDF files duly attached to the mail the following: i) name and address (or any other means to send the response to the request); ii) official identification; iii) documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, legal representation; iv) clear description of the Arco rights you want to assert; and v) documents supporting the request.  

Once the request is accepted, the responsible personnel will respond, by the same means, in a period not exceeding 20 business days. If such request is accepted, it will be effective within a period not exceeding 15 business days following the date on which the response is communicated. 

The foregoing in accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals. 

The exercise of the ARCO Rights will be free of charge.   

If deemed necessary, we inform you that you have the right to go before the National Institute of Transparency Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) to assert any disagreement related to your right to the protection of personal data. 

De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V., reserves the right, under its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or delete parts of this Privacy Notice at any time. Therefore, De La Rosa World S. de R.L de C.V. will inform you of the changes by the same means that this Privacy Notice has been made available to you.
