RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY POLICY

1.⁠ ⁠WARRANTY

All our products are checked and approved by our Quality Department before leaving our store or being shipped. However, if you find any manufacturing defect, you may request a warranty review.

Warranty period:
You have 3 days from the date of purchase in-store or from the reception of your online order.

To request a review, please consider:
• Only manufacturing defects are covered.
• Damages caused by misuse, friction, falls, or improper handling are not eligible.
• You must provide:
• Your order number
• Name
• WhatsApp number
• A clear photo and video of the issue
• A photo of the product
• A photo of the packaging

If the item is approved for warranty, you can choose between:
• Replacement of the product (subject to stock availability)
• Store credit for the same amount paid

Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by the client, unless otherwise specified.


2.⁠ ⁠EXCHANGES

We want you to love your pieces. If something doesn’t work for you, you can request an exchange.

Exchange period:
• Online purchases: You have 3 days from the reception of your order.
• In-store purchases: You have 3 days from the date of purchase.

To process an exchange:
• Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and with all original packaging.
• Silver, gold-plated, or jewelry pieces must be in perfect, unworn condition.
• Pierced items such as earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Exchanges for size, color, or product are subject to stock availability.
• Exchange shipping costs (sending and resending) are covered by the client.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item does not meet the required conditions.


3.⁠ ⁠RETURNS

If you wish to return your order:

Return period:
• Online purchases: You have 3 days from the reception of your order.
• In-store purchases: You have 3 days from the date of purchase.

Returns will be accepted ONLY if:
• The product is unused, in perfect condition, with no signs of wear, and includes all original tags and packaging.
• Jewelry pieces (silver or gold-plated) must show no scratches, marks, or wear.
• Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Once the return is approved, you may choose:
• Store credit for the value of the returned item
• Exchange for another product of equal or higher value

Shipping fees for returns are covered by the client.


4.⁠ ⁠FINAL SALE / PROMO ITEMS

Products purchased under Sale, Special Offers, or Black Friday are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
No refunds or returns apply to discounted items.


5.⁠ ⁠ORDER ISSUES

If you received the wrong item or a damaged package, please contact us within 3 days of reception with:
• Order number
• Photos and videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging

We will review the case and assist you as quickly as possible.
