We process each order personally and send it out to you with love. Each piece of jewelry will come in a black drawstring pouch which we recommend using for storage and the clothing with a beautiful cotton bag.

You will also receive a copy of the concept behind your piece so you can reflect on its meaning and keep the positive thoughts close.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on or after Thursday will be processed and shipped the following week.

Once your order is placed and paid, if you regret your purchase you can cancel it by paying a U$D 30 cancellation fee to cover our administration costs.

MEXICO Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All international shipping is carried out by DHL who provide customs clearance and a door-to-door delivery service within 1 to 3 business days. Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout; these are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if one exists, for the goods imported into the destination country.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by an email update with the tracking code of your shipment. If the piece you selected is out of stock, we will happily make one for you.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES DE LA ROSA TULUM ® SHIP TO?

DE LA ROSA TULUM® ships worldwide except specific countries.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Tulum, Mexico. Depending on your shipping address and shipping method, your order may take between 2 to 14 business days to arrive. In addition, please note that order processing is from 0 to 3 business days.

During holiday and sale season, delivery times may be longer than estimated below. Our busiest seasons being: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, 24-5 December, 31 December - 1 January, February 14th, Mother's Day, among others.

Please be aware that depending on the country of destination and its Customs Department, some shipping delays may be inevitable on which we have no control over.

HOW MUCH DUTIES / TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

All orders are process and shipped from Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. If the shipping destination is outside Mexico, import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees may be charged upon the package. This are generated once the parcel has reached the country of destination and shall be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

Shipping charges paid at the moment of placing an order at https://delarosatulum.com does not include the payment of import duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. The package is subject to delivery until these fees are paid. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax).

If the package is rejected at the moment of delivery, it will return to origin address. In this case, the client shall be responsable for shipping associated cost, including duties charged at the moment of delivery at the origin address.

At the moment of purchase you can check Terms & Conditions, where we specify that orders are subject of import fees, and is Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Here is specify that the payment, in case of generated, is sole responsibility of the client. For an order to be complete you must check the box which says that you have read and accept them.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order have been received and paid, it will be process and shipped to shipping address. A shipping confirmation email will be send to the email address enter at the moment of checkout, with information about carrier used and tracking number. DE LA ROSA TULUM® Team keeps tracking of all packages until they reach delivery status.

WHAT HAPPENS ON A SALE OR A SAMPLE SALE?

DE LA ROSA TULUM® will inform the client before he/she adds a product to the cart if the product is a Sample (check product details) or if the product is purchased during a Sale.

DE LA ROSA TULUM® is unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on items originally purchased as Samples, on a Sale or any special promotion on which products are temporarily reduced in price.

Once an item has been purchased at a discounted Sale price or as a Sample item, the client is aware that the product may have defects. In this case DE LA ROSA TULUM® is not responsible of faulty products but is happy to advice the client how to repair them. For more information regarding repairs contact sales@delarosatulum.com.

All sales and/or promotional codes made by DE LA ROSA TULUM® are valid from the dates established in the announcement and may not applied on any other orders made before or after those dates.

HOW DO PROMOTIONAL CODES WORK?

All promotional codes made by DE LA ROSA TULUM® are limited to use only one time per client. The promotional codes will be valid for the time period determined by DE LA ROSA TULUM® and available to use only in one purchase by customer.

WHAT DOES PRE ORDER MEANS?

Products with a Pre-order button are currently out of stock, but will be back in stock in a short amount of time or made to order (custom made) at the moment of purchase.

This products are eligible to purchase, and will be process and ship in the shortest amount of time possible. For made to order products, production and delivery time vary from 6 to 8 weeks. For out of stock products, back in stock time will be specify upon each, from 1 to 8 weeks.

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. DE LA ROSA TULUM® can not guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color.
